Hello hope everyone is well. I want to let you know that we made a decision today to cancel our “In Person” Tuesday night and Wednesday night parent orientation meetings at the LTC. We are going to host them online Wednesday night at 7:00pm Link here via zoom call. We do not wish to delay any longer and would like to provide the information via a zoom call for our “Parent Orientation”

We were looking forward to hosting these meetings “in person” once again but we have to make some adjustments. Over the weekend I tested positive for COVID. I did not have any signs or symptoms prior to the weekend and acquired it from my household, so anyone in the LTC last week should not be “at risk”. I did spend a great amount of time with a few of our other pivotal staff members on Friday. To be cautious we think its best to avoid a few days of “in person contact” specifically with those staff in case they develop any symptoms (which they currently are not showing). I wanted to reach out to you all ASAP as we make this adjustment. I apologize for any scheduling interruption this may have caused and we will make the zoom link recording active afterwards (for example maybe Tuesdays participants).

The LTC will not reopen until Thursday, or further notice will be updated on Team App. Please check that schedule and we will notify via Team App. We have a big week with ELITE TRAINING SESSIONS starting up next week so we want to make sure that we are taking the responsible and proper steps for all.

I was personally looking forward to meeting new members, having discussions, and talking with you all. As always we are extremely approachable for meet ups and conversations!
